Challenges in Implementing Public Private Partnership (PPP) Projects in Nigeria

Many sub-national governments in Nigeria are not taking full advantage of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) models partly as a result of uncertain demand risks, limited investment and poor project preparation efforts. As a result of poor business case preparation for some projects, competent businesses may opt out, leading to a situation where less competent and perhaps ill prepared businesses grab the opportunities. Some project failures have been attributed to this. Do you know any project that has suffered this faith?
