Tenders are hereby invited from reputable and financially solvent contractors duly registered with the Lagos State Ministry of Woks and Infrastructure and Mosan Okunola Local Council Development Area for the execution of the under listed projects.

PROJECTS

CONSTRUCTION

(1)     Construction of Ultra Modern Market at Ladega Akinogun Community by Gowon Federal Housing Estate, Ipaja Lagos.

(2)     Construction of a Multi-Purpose Hall with a sitting capacity of………..within the compound of Alimosho Local Government Mosan Okunola Local Council Development Area 

Qualification Requirement

(a)     Profile of the company with details of familiar works executed in the three years

(b)     Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation

(c)      Evidence of current contractor registration with Mosan Okunola Local Council Development Area and Lagos State Central Works Registration Board (CWRB)

(d)     Performance bond from Banker sacrosanct

(e)      Payment of non- refundable fees of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50.000.00) only to Mosan Okunola local Council Development Area.

Submission of Qualification Documents

(i)      Interested companies should make submission 2 copes clearly marked with invitation to qualify.

(ii)     Any project the tender is interested in executing should be indicated at the top right hand corner of the sealed envelope with evidence of payment of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50.000.00) only non-refundable as the processing fee

(iii)    All tenders should be forwarded to the address below not later than 5th August, 2015

(2)     Prospective tenders are advised to inspect the project before submitting their tender and to indicate the period within which the work would be completed

This invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in the DG market of June 19, 2009 and “Daily Trust” and “The Punch” Newspapers of Friday, July 3, 2009 and updated on December 4th 2013.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association toward the cost of Third National Fadama Development Project Additional Financing (Fadama III AF). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this credit will be applied to payments under the Contract for which this invitation is issued.

The National Fadama Coordination Office now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Irrigation Infrastructures in Niger State.

In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

 Re:    Invitation to Tender for Rural Water Supply Facilities in Benue State Sanitation, Hygiene and Water in Nigeria (Shawn) Project II

 (1.0)    Preamble

Benue State Government has received funding from DFID/UNICEF to support the delivery of water and sanitation services in rural communities of Benue State.

Benue State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency now invites bids to engage contractors for the drilling and completion of 100 Hand Pumps and 16 Motorized Boreholes within communities in Ogbadibo, Oju, Tarka and Konshisha LGAs of Benue State.

(2.0)    Scope of Work

  • Construction of 100 No Hand pump and 16 Motorized Boreholes with distribution network.

(3.0)    Requirement

Companies interested in the project are to submit company profiles which must contain the following:

(i)         Evidence of Company Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria.

(ii)        Evidence of registration with Benue State Tenders’ Board.

(iii)       Evidence of valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the past 3 years.

(iv)      Evidence of VAT Registration.

(v)       Audited Accounts of the Company for the last 3 years duly endorsed by a firm of Chartered Accountants.

(vi)      List of relevant equipment.

(vii)     List of verifiable documentary evidence of successfully executed/ongoing projects in the past 3 years.

(viii)    List of key staff including professionals (if any) and their CVs.

(ix)      Provision of Bid Security for all bids at 3% of the bid price from a reputable bank.

(x)       Evidence of purchase of bid documents. 

(4.0)    Submission of Tender Documents

Interested eligible contractors are to collect bidding documents from BERWASSA office address below, upon presentation of bank teller for payment of tender fee of N10,000.00 into the following BERWASSA Bank Account, 0025386126, Sort Code 032305168, Union Bank, Makurdi.

Completed tender documents and company profile, which shall be in 5 copies (One original and 4 copies) with soft copies in a DVD (containing excel copy of the completed BOQ and PDF copies of other bid documents) are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the company’s bid invitation number at the top left-hand corner, and addressed to: The General Manager, Benue State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (BERWASSA), No 179 Ahmadu Bello Way, New GRA, Makurdi, Benue State.

Sealed envelopes are to be submitted and received at BERWASSA Office from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily,from Tuesday 21st July, 2015, until 12 noon, August, 4th 2015). Bid opening shall follow immediately after the submission deadline
