(7.0) MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
(i) Verifiable Evidence of Certificate of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);

(iii) Verifiable Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Clearance Certificate;

(v) Evidence of Compliance with National Social Insurance Training Fund (NSITF);
(vi) Verifiable Evidence of registration with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers and evidence of current Interim Registration Report (IRR).
(vii) A sworn affidavit confirming that all information presented and attached are true and correct and that no officer of the Federal Ministry of Power, Works and Housing (Housing) is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any peculiar interest in the bidder.
(8.0) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
(i) Verifiable Evidence of previous experience in similar job with letters of awards and completion certificates in the last three (3) years;
(ii) Company Profile and Technical qualifications of key personnel with evidence of experiences on similar jobs and evidence of key personnel registration with relevant professional bodies (including Architects, Civil Engineers and Quantity Surveyors e.t.c). (Category A,B,C&D) only.
(iii) Detailed Company Profile showing core business and years of experience; relevant experience in at least three (3) assignments of similar nature and complexity with verifiable letters of award and Job Completion Certificates, key personnel available for the assignment and any other information that may show the Contractor’s ability to carry out the assignment satisfactorily. (Category A,B,C&D).
(iv) Manufacturers Authorization for medical supplies (Category E3 only).
(v) Verifiable Evidence of Certificate of registration with COREN/other recognized Professional Bodies. (B1 Only).
(vi) Verifiable Evidence of proof of ownership and or lease of the construction equipment required for successful execution of the contract. (B1 Only).
(vii) Verifiable Evidence of Financial Capability to execute the projects (Bank Guarantees from reputable banks will form part of the evaluation criteria), B1 & C1 only
(viii) Proof of average annual turnover of N500,000,000.00 (Five Hundred Million Naira only) within the last three (3) years. (B1 & C1).
(9.0) Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) Documents for Category a (Lots A1-A12) and Technical Bid for Pre-Qualification (Short List) on Category B & C (Lot B1 & C1)
Interested Consultants shall submit one original and two photocopies of their sealed Expression of Interest (EOI) documents while Interested Contractors should submit one original and two photocopies of their Technical bid documents in a sealed envelope clearly stating the name of the project and the Lot Number addressed to: The Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Power, Works and Housing (Housing), Mabushi, Abuja, to be deposited in the Tender Box located on the 3rd Floor, Conference Room No C303, FMPWH(H), Mabushi, Abuja, not later than 13th June 2016.
(10.0) BID SUBMISSION:
Completed and signed proposals (one (1) original and two (2) photocopies) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and labeled with “The Project Name” and “Lot No.” and the Geo-Political Zone of choice (B6-B21) at the Top Right Hand Corner of the Envelope. The Company name should be boldly written on the reverse side of the envelope and addressed to: The Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Power. Works and Housing (Housing) and deposited in the Tenders Box located on-the 3rdFloor, Conference Room No C303, FMPWH(H), Mabushi, Abuja.
(10.0) BID CLOSING:
Closing date and time for all submission are as follows:
(i) Consultancy Services and Pre-Qualification (Short List) not later than 13th June 2016 by 12noon prompt:
(ii) Works and Goods not later than 11th July 2016 by 12noon prompt.
(11.0) BID OPENING:
All bids shall be opened immediately after close of bid submission by 12 noon prompt at the Conference Room, 3rd Floor of the Ministry. All Contractors/ Service Providers and/or their representatives, Relevant Professional Bodies and NGO’s are invited to witness the bid opening exercise. Late submissions shall not be entertained.
(i) Prospective Contractors/Service Providers shall not bid for more than two (2) Lots, if discovered, Bidder will be disqualified;
(ii) Post qualification of all documents tendered may be carried out.
(iii) Prospective bidders would be required to pay a non¬-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000,00.) to FMPW&H before collection of tender document.
(iv) The Federal Ministry of Power, Works and Housing (Housing) reserves the right to reject any or all the submissions that do not meet up with the requirements as specified.
(i) This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Ministry to award any or all of the above listed contracts;

(1) Federal University, Kashere, Gombe State hereby invites suitably qualified and interested contractors for pre-qualification and tender for the University’s entrepreneurship Development intervention project in line with the public procurement Act, 2007.
(2) SCOPE OF WORK:

(ix) A sworn affidavit that the firm is not in receivership, insolvency, bankruptcy proceedings, winding up petition or proceedings and that all information contained in the bids are true and correct;
(x) Evidence of registration on the National Database of contractors, consultants and services providers (NDCCSP) provided by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP)
(4) COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS;
Financial Bid Document will be issued upon payment of Non Refundable Tender and processing fee of N20,000.00
(5) SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENT:
Bound Pre-qualification and Tender document should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked“Tender document for” Addressed to the Head of Procurement Unit, Federal University Kashere, Gombe State. The envelope containing the tender document should be clearly marked: “Tender document do not open before deadline”
All Pre-qualification and Tender Submissions should be in duplicate copies (marked original and copy) and in separate envelopes sealed in one (1) common envelope. An envelopes must be well sealed.

(6) OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENT

(a) All expenses incurred and associated with the preparation of the pre-qualification and tender document shall be borne by the prospective contractors.
(b) The University reserves the right to reject any pre-qualification and tender submissions
(c) Only Contractors with responsive bids will be considered, all discount should be clearly indicated in the bids
(d) Successful contractors will be required to present original copies of their pre-qualification documents before award. They will also be required to submit one single account, bank name and sort code that will be used throughout the duration of the contract. A letter will also be required from the bank indicating that the account does not have any liability that can jeopardize the interest of the project
