(1) The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association towards the cost of Third National Urban Water Sector Reform Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Bathymetric Survey of Gubi Dam BS/NUWSRP3/NCB/NCS/WB/016/2. Bidding is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits.
(2) The Bauchi State Third National Urban Water Sector Reform Project invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for carrying out the Bathymetric Survey of Gubi Dam Reservoir to obtain accurate elevation – area -storage characteristics of the reservoir. The qualification requirements include:
• Minimum required annual volume of services for the successful bidder in any of the last ten years shall be USD$1,000,000 or equivalent.
• Experience as prime contractor in the provision of at least two service contracts of a nature and complexity equivalent to the Services over the last 5 years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful bidder shall be USD $50,000 or equivalent.

Submission of Expression of Interest and Tender
IEBU Lapai invites competent developers and financier to express their interest in the development of infrastructure as described above. Interested and eligible developers and financier must provide detail information and documentation indicating that they are qualified to undertake the provision of the above listed infrastructures under PPP/BOT model information should include:

(3) Qualification Requirements
Interested bidders are expected to meet all requirements specified in the Bidding documents which include submission of:
(I) Evidence of incorporation in Nigeria (CAC forms C02 and C07).
(II) Current tax clearance certificate, (i.e. expiring on 31/12/2016).
(III) Immediate past three years’ audited accounts of the company (2013, 2014 and 2015).
(IV) Evidence of compliance with the relevant provisions of the Pensions Act.
(V) Evidence of company registration on the National Procurement Database (www.bpp.gov.ng)
(VI) Evidence of compliance with ITF Act.
VII) Company Profile
(A) Evidence of key professional staff with relevant experience and registration with relevant professional bodies.
(B) Verifiable documentary evidence of similar jobs successfully executed within the last five years. Such evidence shall be in form of valid letters of award of contract, contract agreement and completion certificate or interim payment certificates, where such jobs are still in progress. Proven integrity of performed projects is added advantage.
(C) Verifiable evidence of availability through ownership and/or leasehold of appropriate equipment/machinery to be deployed for the execution of the project.
(D) Evidence of financial capability and availability of bank support if awarded the contract. Please note that bankers’ letter merely stating that the bidder operates an account within- a turnover range is not an adequate evidence of financial capability.
(VIII) Adherence to instructions in the Bid Document is mandatory.
(IX) Affidavit that no staff of NiMet is a director or has pecuniary interest in the company and that all information given with respect to this advert are true.
(X) Any other useful information is an added advantage
(4) Collection of Bidding Documents

4.0 PAYMENT FOR BIDS
