(a) List and qualifications of key personnel, certificates and evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies (for Principals)-ARCON, COREN, QSRBN etc.
(b) Relevant experience in assignments of similar nature and complexity with verifiable letters of award or job completion certificates within the past five years.
(c) List of relevant equipment (owned or hired) for successful completion of professional assignment or construction works
(d) Evidence of manufacturers Authorization (for Suppliers)
(e) Evidence of Consortium Agreement duly signed and registered.
(B) COLLECTION/SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENT

Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Solar Energy Companies

BOI/UNDP Solar Energy Programme (SEP) formerly referred to as Access to Renewable Energy (AtRE) Project is an intervention programme implemented by the Bank of Industry (BOI) with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The project aims at promoting and supporting an expansion of renewable energy services to support households, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nigeria.
The programme initially focused on awareness creation and capacity building of the relevant stakeholders in the Renewable Energy (RE) space, in order to encourage investment in the sector. Subsequently, the project was refocused and re-strategized with the key task of implementation of RE Projects in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
In this regard, the programme has successfully implemented low-cost, off-grid solar electrification pilot projects in six (6) communities in the (6) geopolitical zones either as a micro-grid or stand-alone systems. The programme now seeks to upscale its activities to provide sustainable and reliable energy for unserved and underserved households and MSMEs across the country.
The Solar Energy Programme is therefore, seeking to engage the services of companies specialized in Solar Energy Services with verifiable experience in design, procurement, installation, servicing and maintenance of Solar Energy systems across Nigeria. Evidence of existing installations with Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) metering system is an added advantage.
Qualifications/Basic Requirements
An indigenous Solar Energy company with proven substantive and technical expertise in Renewable Energy services. The following documents must be provided:
• Legal registration of the company with CAC and copy of Memorandum and Articles Form CAC07 (i.e. Particulars of Board of Directors) and Form CAC02 (i.e. Particulars of Shareholders);
• Photocopy of tax clearance certificate for past 3 years and VAT Registration;

Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Contract for the Construction of Concrete Personnel Landing Jetty at NNPC/PPMC ATLAS – Cove Depot

(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Pipelines and Products Marketing Company Limited (PPMC) is the Subsidiary Company of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) responsible for the Crude Oil deliveries to the refineries, supply and distribution of petroleum products through a network of pipeline and storage depots as well as marine movement of petroleum products by vessels. PPMC intends to construct a concrete personnel landing jetty at NNPC/PPMC Atlas Cove Depot located across the lagoon in Tarkwa Bay Victoria Island Lagos.
(2.0) BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF WORK
The EPC Contract scope of work shall cover but not limited to the site survey, bathymetric survey, engineering, detailed design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and training.
In line with the above, the following shall form but not limited to the scope of work to be executed:
(2.1) Site and bathymetric surveys
(2.2) Basic & Engineering Design
(2.3) Procurement, Supply and Installation of fenders, ladders, street light, and railing in solid diameter metal work
(2.4) Mobilization of construction & pilling equipment (Jack harmer, cranes, barges and other equipment) and personnel for the entire construction period
(2.5) Construction:
• Construction of all temporary works / facilities including road, offices, storage warehouse, workshop etc and its maintenance during the construction period up to Final Acceptance of works.
• Piling to the required level
• Prefabrication, transportation and installation of concrete elements such as precast reinforced concrete personnel jetty road, jetty head, pile cap and cap top slab
• Complete construction of entrance security post building
• Construction of thick reinforced concrete slab access road with a Walkway including all excavation from the Jetty to the depot
• All electrical works for hook-up to power source for Jetty Street light
(2.6) Carry out the dismantling of existing wooden jetty structures and cart away to a designated site.
(2.7) Demobilization of temporary works and restoration of site.
(2.8) All other works required to complete and achieve overall project objectives
(2.9) Provision of as-built documentations.
(3.0) PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007 and Bureau of Public Procurement guidelines, PPMC hereby requests suitably qualified, experienced and reputable prospective Contractors to submit the following items listed below in their bid documents:
(3.1) Full details of Company profile with Certificate of Incorporation certified true copies of Memorandum and Article of Association of the company and CAC form C02 and C07 (Particulars of Directors)
(3.2) Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2012, 2013, 2014)
(3.3) Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittance
(3.4) Evidence of compliance with part IV, 16(6d) of the Public Procurement Act 2007 as it relates to PENSION (Certificate or exemption from PENCOM) and section 1(2) Pension Reform Act 2004.
(3.5) Evidence of compliance with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amendment Act 2011 by inclusion of copy of Compliance Certificate from the Industrial Training Fund
(3.6) Audited Account for the past three (3) years (2012, 2013, 2014), which must bear the stamp and seal of the Audit firm.
(3.7) Nigerian content plan that demonstrate full utilization of Nigerian Labour and services with detailed description of role, work scope and man-hours in order to achieve minimum target as set out in the requirements of the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Bill, 2010.
(3.8) Current in-place organizational structure with detailed experience and skill of key management personnel with names. Provide evidence (personnel list and position organizational chart) percentage of management that are Nigerian Nationals and the percentage of the total workforce that are Nigerians
(3.9) Detail past/present commitment to staff training and development of Nigerian personnel.
(3.10) Evidence of financial capability/Bank reference.
(3.11) Evidence of relevant verifiable experience on similar works in Nigeria over the past five (5) years. Please attach reference letters.
(3.12) List of verifiable similar works detailing companies that the works were rendered to. Include company full contact details (Not P. O. Box), functional phone numbers and e-mail address.
(3.13) Confirm willingness to commence with the execution of this work on the basis of a Letter of Intent (LOI).
(3.14) Company’s CASHES and QA/QC policy & details of safety records for accidents, incidents, injuries and damages for the past three (3) years (2013, 2014 & 2015). E.g. lost time incident, down-time, etc.
(3.15) Copy of Company’s registration certificate with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and current Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) permit
(3.16) Copy of Contractor’s registration certificate with NNPC or any of its subsidiaries.
(3.17) Any additional information that will enhance the potentials of the company.
