3.0 TENDER REQUIREMENTS

(d) A Sworn Affidavit by a Director from the firm certifying that:
(i) The Document submitted for the pre-qualification exercises are genuine and correct
(ii) None of the Director(s) of the company had ever been convicted by any court of law
(iii) The company is not bankrupt
(iv) None of the officers of the Federal University Birnin Kebbi is a present or former Director of the Company.
