The U.S. Mission in Nigeria seeks an experienced contractor to provide Customized Group Life Insurance Coverage for its local employees. The Contractor shall be re-certified by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), and shall possess all permits, licenses, and any other appointments required for the prosecution of work under this contract, all at no additional cost to the Embassy. The contractor shall perform this contract in accordance with local laws. The contractor shall provide evidence of past and present records of similar services to reputable organizations.

• The Kaduna State Government in collaboration with DFID/UNICEF (Sanitation, Hygiene and Water in Nigeria) Project is desirous of contributing towards reduction of Water and Sanitation-related diseases and also to improve access to Rural Water Supply in our communities.
• In line with this objective, the programme seeks to engage competent Drilling and Civil Engineering firms in the Construction of Water and Sanitation facilities in the 11 Self-Selected SHAWN II Project LGAs of Kaduna State.

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR FACILITY MANAGEMENT OF LAGOS REVENUE HOUSE, CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, IKEJA

(1) INTRODUCTION –
Lagos Revenue House is an office facility located in the heart of Ikeja Central Business District. The Facility comprises of Office Spaces, Conference Room, banking Hall convenience etc. and Car Parks. It is situated on a land area of 10,307.97 square metres with a car park of 4,687 square metres. The total built area is about 1,700 square metres, while its green area is about 800 square metres.
The facility has 4 (four) wings labelled A, B, C and D. Wing A, B and C have 7 (seven) floors while Wing D (inner Rotunda) has 8 (eight) floors (a Penthouse).
Architectural wings A and C are bilaterally symmetrical with the same features. The facility has office spaces of about 1,640 square metres per floor and about 11,450 square metres office spaces. The designated guest car park can accommodate 220 cars conveniently.
(2) BACKGROUND
The Lagos State Government (LASG) in pursuance of its infrastructural assets maintenance and management plan has embraced the culture of facility management to ensure professional maintenance of the State Public Assets. Accordingly, the Lagos State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure on behalf of Lagos State Government hereby Requests for Expression of Interest from competent facility management service providers/contractors with requisite experience in managing public assets.
(3) SCOPE OF WORK OVERVIEW
The scope of work will include but not limited to.-
(i) Major architectural/structural maintenance and repairs
(ii) Mechanical and Electrical maintenance and repairs
(iii) Replacement of fixtures and fittings
(iv) Power management
(v) Sewage and water management
(vi) Landscaping
(vii) Painting
(viii) Pest control and fumigation
(ix) General cleaning service
(x) Security management General Routine Maintenance Works.
(4) QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
To be shortlisted for the works, the firm must have a track record in facilities management and must demonstrate capacity to identify and rectify building maintenance issues.
Expression of Interest to be submitted should include among others.
(i) The Company’s profile indicating key personnel’s qualifications and experience.
(ii) Company’s Certificate of Incorporation
(iii) Audited Financial Account in the last 3 years
(iv) Evidence of Director’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years
(v) Evidence of Company’s Tax Clearance for the last 3 years
(vi) Evidence of carrying out and/or participating in similar assignment in the last 3 years (including the following details, name and brief description of project, clients, scope of work, contract value, contractual period etc.)
(vii) Evidence of Registration with Lagos State Government.
(viii) Evidence of ownership/access to key building construction equipment.
It is important to note that evaluation and short listing will be based on the information and data (4i – vii) submitted by the prospective firms/consortia. Please note that this request for Expression of Interest does not constitute a commitment on the part of Lagos State Government (LASG) to award the project to any firm/consortium expressing interest
The State Government reserve the right to make the final determination of which firm/consortium will receive the Request for Proposals (RFP) or invitation to Tender (ITT) and which contractor will be awarded the final contract.
In addition, participation in this Expression of Interest should not create or be deemed to create any binding legal relationship or contract, or to be construed to be so between Lagos State Government and your firm.
Furthermore, all costs associated with the preparation of your response to this Expression of Interest shall be at your expense.

(c) No officer of the Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present director, shareholder or has any peculiar interest in the company.
(d) That all information presented in the documents are true and correct in all companies.
(viii) Letter of consent to allow for verification of all the documents submitted including CAC, Inland Revenue, VAT remittance, Pension, Industrial Training Fund and company’s financial standing with the Banks.
